Inside the decor is bright and stylish with careful attention to detail to add to your comfort- ranging from 32 inch flat screen TV’s in houses and villas to Bose iPod docking stations and mini bars with complimentary soft drinks in the hotel rooms.
The facilities are located across the resort and offer something for everyone - relaxing spa treatments, lots of sports, childcare facilities for children from six months old, an area for older children and teenagers ( Playstations and Wiis). A gourmet food market for supplies for your villa or house and even ‘take away’ freshly prepared meals to enjoy in your house or villa.
The two or three bedroom terraced village houses have two floors with the living area on the upper floor offering views of the ocean, nature reserve or surrounding woodland. Pinewood houses each have an outdoor pool. The terraced two or three bedroom vills Mimosa have a small garden and views of the ocean or the Port of Baleira and they share use of the Club House with its 18m pool. Alternatively there are three or four bedroom luxury villas, each with their own private pool.

EASYJET TO TRIAL VOLCANIC ASH DETECTION SYSTEM
Easyjet has unvelied a system that will allow airlines to fly safely around ash clouds, making the ash disruption of last month a thing of the past - It involves infra-red technology that allows pilots to see the damaging particles up to 62 miles ahead. It has the full support of the Civil Aviation Authority, the body that decides whether it is safe to fly through ash in UK airpsace.
Earlier this year, many air passengers had their travel plans wrecked when airlines had to scrap thousands of flights due to The Iceland Volcanic ash problem. The CAA faced severe criticism from major airlines who argued that the body had been overly cautious.
Easyjet Chief Executive Andy Harrison said that ‘ This pioneering technology is the silver bullet that will make large scale ash disruption history’ Easyjet is spending £1m on the new system and says it is happy for rival airlines to share its knowledge.

Emirates has opened its £1.3 million lounge at Birmingham Airport - the first dedicated lounge to be offered by a long-haul airline at the airport.
